1. Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using Travelist you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Travelist.

2. Your account

You need to be at least 13 to use Travelist. Keep your sign in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.

3. Your content

The trips, cities, activities, lists and notes you add belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can run Travelist for you. You can download or delete your content at any time.

4. Using Travelist fairly

Please don’t misuse Travelist. That means no breaking the law, no trying to reach other people’s data, no overloading or attacking the service, and no using it to send spam or harmful content.

5. Reminders

We do our best to deliver trip reminders on time, but they depend on your device, your settings and services outside our control. Please don’t rely on Travelist alone for anything time critical such as visa deadlines or flight times.

6. Connected apps, including Claude

You can connect apps such as Claude to your account. When you approve a connection, that app can read and change your Travelist data on your behalf. You can disconnect it at any time under You. Connected apps are run by other companies and their own terms apply to them.

7. Changes to Travelist

We’re always improving Travelist, so features may change. If we ever close Travelist, we’ll give you notice and time to download your data.

8. No warranty

Travelist is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.

9. Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses, such as a missed trip or lost bookings, that come from using or not being able to use Travelist.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and we’ll tell you why where we can.

11. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms in a way that matters, we’ll let you know in the app before the changes apply. Continuing to use Travelist after that means you accept the new terms.
